I first purchased this cheese about 3 years ago. Just like everything else I buy for the first time I always try it before storing it and ordering more. I opened one can and my family and I used that can several different ways. It is a great product. The best cheese you can buy in a can. It can be used in your long term storage supplies. I was really impressed with this product. I have since purchased and additional 3 cases for my long term storage supplies.
